There’s a lot of pressure on Bahrain coach Salman Sharida who is yet to win a game with the national side. Bahrain were outclassed by the Koreans on the opening match day, especially in the centre of the park. They lost 2-1, with a late penalty from Faouzi Aaish proving to be the only silver lining in an otherwise poor day.

India coach Bob Houghton is still sweating over the fitness of Baichung Bhutia. There is an outside chance that the talismanic striker might get some playing time against Bahrain. A lot will depend on how Sunil Chhetri and Steven Dias play. A string of changes could see starts given to Abhishek Yadav, Mehrajuddin Wadoo and Renedy Singh.
