A number of new faces could be making their European bow in a Celtic jersey against Braga. Coach Neil Lennon has brought on board players like Efrain Juarez, Cha Du-Ri, Daryl Murphy and Joe Ledley at Parkhead this summer and they could all feature against Braga.

Niall McGinn and Darren O’Dea will be missing through injury, but Aiden McGeady and Glenn Loovens are expected to recover from their respective knocks and take their places on the pitch.

Braga, like Celtic, have brought in reinforcements this summer, but have also seen some key players leave Estadio AXA. Keeper Eduardo, left back Evaldo and midfielder Hugo Viana have all parted company with the club. Braga were brilliant at home in the Portuguese Liga last season and will be hoping to continue that form against Celtic.
