Barca have lost defender Rafael Marquez through a knee injury picked up in the first leg at the Nou Camp and they will also be without club captain Carlos Puyol, who will serve a one game suspension. Martin Caceres could fill in at the heart of the Barca defence, in the absence of the two experienced defenders.
