Juventus beat Maccabi 1-0 in Turin a fortnight ago, with defender Giorgio Chiellini scoring the only goal of the game. The Bianconeri had their three match winning run in all competitions halted by Napoli on Saturday as they lost 3-2 at the Stadio Olimpico.

Juve took the lead through David Trezeguet’s 35^th minute header, and doubled it early in the second half through Sebastien Giovinco. However Napoli, just as they had done against Milan on Wednesday, showed that they were the comeback kings by scoring thrice to run out 3-2 winners. Juve’s miserable second half was compounded when substitute Amauri was sent off in the dying minutes of the game.
