England is hoping to defend their no loss record on Monday when they battle Germany in the final group match of the season. The match will happen at the Orjans vall Stadium in Halmstad. One team that is hoping Germany is defeated by England is Spain, whose advancing may depend on it. Germany is hoping for a draw, at the very least, as they are looking to secure their spot in the semi-finals. They were able to beat Finland on Thursday, which was bad news for Finland as it took them out of the running for the semis, and the Bavarians ended the game 2-0 with one well placed goal from Benedikt Howedes, and another from Ashkan Dejegah. Mesut Ozil set up both of the goals that put Germany through and the Bavarians hope that their star can perform just as well on Monday against England.

England already has a place in the semis, after a win over Spain. Spain was a favorite to win before the tourney, and they were able to hold off England in the first half. The second half however, had Goalkeeper Asenjo scrambling, and he was able to block all but two, one from Fraizer Campbell and one from James Milner. The game ended 2-0 and this gave England the three points that they needed to book their spot in the semi-finals. Stuart Pearce was happy with the win for the Three Lions. Theo Walcott was the man responsible for setting up the Campbell goal,on the bench for the first half, a decision by Pearce that he was happy he made.
