The French team will welcome visitors Romania to the Stade de France for a group D Qualifier and it should prove to be a good game to watch. The France team will be the favourites to win this game although a loss to Belarus in their first qualification game means this is winnable for the Romanians. Romanian team managed a draw in their fixture with Belarus in September and they have yet to lose a qualifying game. They have played well under manager Razvan Lucescu and that may be due in part to the contribution of some of their better players. Bogdan Stancu who plays his club football for Steaua Bucaresti is having a good year and will be a massive influence for the Romanians up front.

The French side is still suffering the aftermath of the World Cup or so it seems with players still not settled. That is apart from Malouda and Benzema who both played excellently in their last international against Bosnia. The new manager Laurent Blanc has been in football too long to let his team fall at the first hurdle and the game in France could turn in to an exhibition if things go his way.
