PSV Eindhoven's starting line up will likely consist of defenders Marcelo and Pieters who may both play alongside Bouma if all found fit. With 13 goals in 24 games Dzsudzsak is almost a certainty to occupy part of the midfield and could be joined by Hutchinson and Engelaar. After scoring in the last leg Toivonen should be included along with Lens. With both sides top of their domestic leagues it may prove to be another close leg.

With PSV having the advantage of two away goals, Lille will struggle to advance to the next round of the competition. Their line up will likely contain defenders Debuchy and Rami, Chedjou and Emerson may also be included if deemed match fit. Midfielders Hazard and Rio Mavuba are both probable starts the game and will likely play alongside Cabaye. Lille will have to look towards Sow and Gervinho to provide a strong offensive front with both players hopeful of carrying their team to the next round.
