Sheffield United v Hull Live
Coca-Cola Championship side entertain Premier League opposition in the form of Hull City in the F A Cup fifth round which is live here at oleolefootball.watchlive.net at 15:00 GMT on Saturday 14th February, with the fa cup live online.
Sheffield United come into the tie on the back of a disappointing 2-1 defeat to derby rivals Sheffield Wednesday at Bramall Lane, causing a dent in the clubs play-off hopes as they sit 5th in the table. United progressed to the fifth round after an impressive 2-1 home win over Championship strugglers Charlton Athletic. Danny Webber opened the scoring for Sheffield before veteran Lee Hendrie doubled the lead for the home side, Charlton’s Chris Dickson did manage a consolation goal for Charlton but the surprise strugglers failed to mount a serious comeback.
Hull reached the fifth round for the first time since 1989 with a 2-0 home win over Millwall last month. Michael Turner headed home the opener early on before Ian Ashbee sealed the game with a late strike in the 84th minute in an otherwise uninspiring game. However, the tie was marred by scenes of violence inside the KC Stadium with Hull City officials blaming the travelling Millwall support for the trouble as well as damage caused to the stadium.
Hull manager Phil Brown has revealed that new £5 million signing Jimmy Bullard will not need surgery on his latest knee problem and could make an appearance against Sheffield United. The Premier League debutants are currently in Dubai for a few days of warm-weather training as the club prepare for perhaps its best cup run in a number of years.
Can Hull embark on a much needed cup run, or will SheffieldUnited stun the Premier League side at Bramall Lane. You can find out with live football online at oleolefootball.watchlive.net.
