Monday, Charlton was defeated by Swindon 4-2 which means that they had not been able to procure a win in the past five league games, which brings them from a decent spot of second in the league table to the now placed fifth in League One. They now have to make up a nine point deficit to be able to overtake Brighton and get the number one spot.
