Argentina coach Diego Maradona has already announced his final 23 member squad for the finals in South Africa. Notable players missing out on the flight to Africa this summer include veteran Javier Zanetti, midfielders Esteban Cambiasso and Jesus Datolo, defender Fabricio Coloccini and youngster Ezequiel Lavezzi. This is Argentina’s final friendly before the actual World Cup.

Unlike Argentina, Canada will not be competing at the World Cup this summer. There is little but pride at stake for Stephen Hart’s men. Skipper Paul Stalteri will look to go one step closer to equaling Randy Samuel’s record of 82 caps. Should veteran Pat Onstad get a game, he will overtake Craig Forrest as Canada’s most capped goalkeeper.
