The Socceroos had a great semi-final in the Asian cup that saw them put six goals past Uzbekistan with six different scorers on the night. None of those goals came from talismanic striker Tim Cahill who is crocked for Tuesday’s game. Ex-Liverpool striker Harry Kewell is playing some of the best football of his career at the moment and he will be the voice of experience in the Socceroos line-up so players like Robbie Kruse who is Melbourne Victory’s front man will look to him for guidance.

Germany haven’t played a competitive game since they beat Kazakhstan by three goals to nil back in October but they have had two friendly fixtures that have resulted in draws. With Sweden holding the visiting Germans despite manager Joachim Low throwing on Toni Kroos after the hour and Italy playing out a mediocre 1-1 draw the German fans are expecting the manager to provide some entertainment in this game before the European Championships resume in June. With just Uruguay left to play as a final warm up after the Australia game the manager will have to start shaping his team soon. See how they line up with live streaming from oleolefootball.watchlive.net.
