Hanover 96 from the Bundesliga will be hosting top English team Arsenal on Wednesday night in what should prove to be an exciting live international friendly. This will be the Gunners last match up of the preseason before they embark on their battle for Emirates Cup supremacy. Hannover 96 has been completely dominant in their last few friendles as they manhandled HSC Hannover by a score of 18-0, beat SV Ramlingen 5-2 and dumped the Under Armour Allstars with an 8-0 lopsided victory. However Arsenal should prove to be a much bigger test.

Since their last match Arsenal has lost Kolo Toure who has left for Manchester City and it will be their first game without him. This will also be the last time that Michael Tarnat ties up his laces as he is retiring after the match.
