Nigeria drew 1-1 with Colombia in their last international friendly. Carlos Valdez opened the scoring for Colombia in the 12^th minute, while Nigeria’s equaliser came through young Monaco starlet Haruna Lukman, who netted in the 72^nd minute of the game. The Super Eagles have not won a game since their 5-2 triumph over Congo in March earlier this year.

North Korea have drawn two of their last three friendlies. They held South Africa to a goalless stalemate and also split points with Euro 2004 winners Greece a few days ago. Against the Greeks, they came from behind twice, with Tae Se Chong scoring on both occasions. This will be North Korea’s final friendly before the World Cup begins. They play tournament favourites Brazil in their group opener.
