The Serbia national team will welcome Northern Ireland to the Stadion Crvena Zvezda for their meeting in the European Championships on Friday March 25^th. The Northern Irish have played well so far in this competition and are unbeaten after their first three games. With five points they lay in fourth place in Group C one place above Serbia. The Serbia squad though has had some success in the winter break with two wins in friendly fixtures against Israel and Bulgaria. The Serbian manager Vladimir Petrovic has said that the inclusion of Manchester City and Chelsea defenders Kolarov and Ivanovic will be a massive boost to the whole team as both players can play high up the pitch at the same time as doing a very good job at the back.
