Martin O’Neil’s Aston Villa side had the chance to put a marker down in their quest of breaking into the top four in the English Premier League last time out when they faced Harry Redknapp’s high flying Tottenham side at Villa Park, but at the end of the game they could only settle with a 1-1 draw. See how Villa get on this weekend, again at Villa Park, when they face the challenge from Phil Brown’s rejuvenated Hull City side by tuning in to oleolefootball.watchlive.net and enjoying the live streaming soccer from England in all its glory.
In their league game against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend, Aston Villa made the perfect start, taking the lead on ten minutes with a goal from Agbonlahor. They played pretty well throughout the encounter and with the match entering the last fifteen minutes with Villa still in the lead it looked for all intents and purposes that the Midland side were to hang on for the vital three points. But Spurs are made of sterner stuff this season and they managed to score an equaliser thanks to a 77th minute Dawson goal.
Villa and their fans will be looking at the game against Hull on Saturday as the chance for redemption and a way to secure an “easy£ three points, but such a mistake could cost the Villa. Hull have shown in recent weeks that they are improving and their draw away to Manchester City last weekend proves it.
The 1-1 at City for Hull was all they deserved, thanks to their battling endeavour. The 82nd minute successful penalty strike by Bullard meant the team have now gone four games without defeat.

Aston Villa and Hull meet at Villa Park on Monday both looking for three points, at different ends of the table. The home side are looking to secure fifth place and a European place, but Everton are hot on their tails. The away side need the three points to take themselves away from the Premier League drop zone. You can view this clash right here at oleolefootball, the home of live Premier League streaming.
Martin O’Neill’s Aston Villa side will be looking to return to winning ways, after winning just one of their last ten Premier League games. Despite that poor form, Aston Villa are still in the top five and have all but booked their Europa League place for next season. In their last game they drew 1-1 at Bolton. Winger Ashley Young gave Villa the lead, before Israeli midfielder Tamir Cohen levelled for the home side.
Villa with be without defenders Wilfried Bouma and Martin Laursen, who have both been ruled out for the rest of the season. They also have a doubt over Gabriel Agbonlahor; the striker is struggling with a hamstring injury. If the striker does fail to recover John Carew and Emile Heskey should start up front for Villa.
Hull remain outside the relegation zone, despite just one victory in 18 Premier League games. Their recent form is in stark contrast to their early league form, which saw them sitting in the top four of the Premier League. Manager Phil Brown took positives from their last game a 3-1 home defeat to Liverpool. Dirk Kuyt scored a brace for the Reds, after Xavi Alonso had also struck and Brazilian Geovanni got the City goal. The Tigers will be hoping to secure victory which could secure their Premier League status.
Captain Ian Ashbee should return to the Hull squad, after serving a two game suspension. Striker Daniel Cousin could also return to the starting line-up after making a substitute appearance against Liverpool last weekend.
