Bolton go into Tuesday evenings fixture against their rivals following an FA Cup fourth round tie against Sheffield United at the Reebok which takes place on Saturday. The turnaround started thanks partially to the referee. William Gallas committed a horrendous two-footed foul on a Bolton player that wasn’t punished by the ref, and consequently as play continued Arsenal pulled their first goal back.

For their part, Burnley’s last league game ended in a 3-0 defeat at Manchester United. Despite the heavy score line, The Clarets can consider themselves very unlucky to even lose the game as the created and then spurned a whole host of chances when the match was still at 0-0.
