Roberto Mancini will welcome Sunderland to the City of Manchester Stadium to play his Manchester City side on Sunday April 3rd. You can see live streams of Manchester City v Sunderland at oleolefootball.watchlive.net. With Sunderland really struggling for form the Manchester City players should have this game wrapped up early on but they have flattered to deceive at times so this game is anything but predictable.

Manchester City’s Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko is struggling to make an impact lately and many have been questioning how much his transfer fee had to do with the club that he was coming to rather than his ability. Whoever Mancini decides to pick up front for City on Sunday they will need to be on their game for ninety minutes as the win is the only result that is acceptable to the fans. After Gareth Barry wore the much talked about captain’s armband for England on Tuesday he will be full of confidence especially as he played so well in Wembley.

Sunderland have got at least three players that are in good form as the England team found out on Tuesday night when the Ghanaian players from the Sunderland squad put on magnificent display. Most notable was Asamoah Gyan’s goal which left Joleon Lescott for dead in the box and that will be something the talented striker will be keen to repeat on Sunday. Simon Mignolet will have played in goals for Belgium against Azerbaijan also so there was a lot at stake for the Black Cats but thankfully for Steve Bruce and the fans everybody came through unscathed. Mark Hughes’ Manchester City team take on Sunderland at Eastland’s this coming Saturday afternoon in an English Premier League match they have to win. Before that though both teams have midweek fixtures to contend with in the league, against Tottenham away and Aston Villa at home respectively. See how the pair get on at the weekend by tuning into oleolefootball.watchlive.net and enjoying the live streaming football from England at its very best.

Premier League Live

Despite the millions spent and the promise of a title challenge, Manchester City have so far flattered to deceive in the Premier League this season. In fact, City have only won once in their last nine Premier League games, a run that includes eight draws! This run could also be stretched to just two wins from eleven league games – certainly not the form of a team with title aspirations! (This run of form is obviously taken before knowing what the midweek result was).

Mark Hughes knows his team have to start putting a run of wins together or his position as manager will start to come under intense scrutiny by his billionaire bosses. One thing is definite though – if City do not win a trophy or finish in the top four this season, Hughes is as good as out of a job in the summer.

Sunderland, for their part, travel to the City of Manchester Stadium on Saturday having won only one of their last seven games in the league (not taking into account their last midweek game). The season started so well for Steve Bruce’s’ side, but things just seem to have passed them by over the last couple of months. Last weekend they drew 1-1 at home to bottom side Portsmouth.

Premier League Live

Manchester City find themselves in the strange position of being six points off the relegation zone and five points off the European places in the Premier League. City lost 1-0 at Chelsea last Sunday, but in truth Chelsea could have won by many more. City have produced their best form at Eastland’s and will be hoping to challenge West Ham in seventh for the Europa League place. City won last time out at Eastland’s beating Aston Villa 2-0, Elano and Shaun Wright Phillips with the goals.

Striker Craig Bellamy is again missing for City with a knee injury and Vincent Kompany (toe) and Nigel De Jong (knee) are doubtful for the clash with the Mackems. Mark Hughes will be boosted by the return of Bulgarian Valeri Bojinov, the striker is being eased back into action after a lengthy injury layoff.

Sunderland head to Eastland’s looking to bounce back after a disappointing 2-1 home defeat at the hands of Wigan last Saturday. The Mackems form has been worrying for Manager Ricky Spragia with his side not winning in their last four Premier League games. It will be a nervous few months for the fiercely loyal Sunderland fans, with their side just three points clear of the relegation zone.

Midfielder Kieran Richardson will miss the game after collecting ten bookings this season. Anton Ferdinand is also a doubt with a hamstring injury, Nyron Nosworthy may return to the squad however after missing the Wigan game. Phil Bardsley and Calum Davenport will both be in contention for a place at centre half if Nosworthy isn’t fit to play.
