United have picked up two wins from as many games. They beat West Brom 2-1 on the opening weekend and then saw off Tottenham 3-0 on Monday night thanks to goals from Danny Welbeck, Anderson and Wayne Rooney.

In the absence of Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand, United’s young defenders acquitted themselves well against Spurs. Ashley Young was a constant threat down the wing and forced Harry Redknapp into subbing Kyle Walker early. Midfielder Tom Cleverley also had a good game- it was his wonderful cross that Welbeck nodded in to put United ahead.

Arsenal’s new season fell further into disarray when they lost to Liverpool. Emmanuel Frimpong was sent off and along with Gervinho and Alex Song, will sit out this fixture. On top of it, defender Laurent Koscielny limped off with an inflamed back and is unlikely to recover in time for the trip to Old Trafford.

Sir Alex Ferguson's Manchester United will host Arsene Wenger's Arsenal at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Monday December 13 2010. After a run of three wins from three the Gunners are once again battling with Manchester United for the top spot in the Premiership. They need to keep building pressure on title rivals Chelsea and hope the London club’s run of bad results continues. Arsenal FC are just one point in front of United but Fergie’s men have a game in hand. See which way this Premier League game goes with live streaming from oleolefootball.watchlive.net.

Sir Alex Ferguson's side will start with misfiring Wayne Rooney at the front with just one goal since his return to the pitch after his holiday. The less than loyal Scouser has not scored a league goal from open play since March. That is two months before the end of last season. With the player earning in the region of a million pounds per month the fans are beginning to wonder if their ticket money is being wasted each week. The much maligned Dimitar Berbatov is on eleven league goals before the halfway point this years and Wayne Rooney has only scored one penalty. This could be the last chance saloon as the transfer window looms ever closer.

It looks as though Bendtner may be heading to the Netherlands in the transfer window but Marouanne Chamakh will be heading nowhere. He and Samir Nasri have been linking very well lately and with Cesc Fabregas in and out of fitness due to injury the fans are grateful for the spirit in the camp. This match may not have the bite that we saw when Keane and Viera used to do battle in the midfield but there will be no love lost between the two clubs. Defending EPL champions Manchester United have not quite looked the same this year after losing Cristiano Ronaldo to Real Madrid but they are doing the best that they can. Arsenal has started out strong with a few victories and is coming off another big win against Celtic in the Champions League. This Manchester United vs. Arsenal live game on Saturday August 29th will be a big test for both teams and will go a long way in showing what both of them are capable of in the 2009-10 EPL season. Be sure that you do not miss a single tackle, pass or goal by logging into OleOleFootball for all your live football online needs.

This past weekend Manchester United was able to bounce back from a very lackluster performance as they put a beating on Wigan Athletic by a score of 5-0. The team got some excellent play from Wayne Rooney as he netted two important goals and also saw some life from new signing Michael Owen who hit the back of the net for the first time since joining the team. They will need the same kind of effort against Arsenal and will be hoping for a big win in order to show the world that they are a top contending team and that they can play just fine without Ronaldo.

Arsenal was able to continue their strong start to the season thanks to a big 4-1 victory over Portsmouth but they will be in for their biggest test so far against Manchester United. Arsene Wegner will need all the big guns such as Abou Diaby and William Galas to continue their strong play and come out quick against Man Utd if they want the big win.

Manchester United need only one more victory to claim their record equalling 18th league title, a record currently held by title rivals and North West neighbours Liverpool. The Red Devils have had a fantastic season and could end up with four trophies at the end of May. They have already clinched the League Cup and the Fifa Club World Cup. With the Champions League final still to come, manager Sir Alex Ferguson will be hoping that his side clinch the title in this game, so that he can rest key players in the final league game of the season.

The champions will be without Wes Brown, who will miss the rest of the season with an ankle problem. United’s only other injury worry is England midfielder Owen Hargreaves, who has been struggling all season with a knee injury.

Arsenal confirmed that they would finish fourth in the Premier League, after being defeated 4-1 at the Emirates by Chelsea. Chelsea took a three goal lead through goals from Alex, Nicolas Anelka and a Kolo Toure own goal, before Nicklas Bendtner got a goal back for the Gunners. The Blues wasn’t finished yet though, as in the latter stages Florent Malouda added a fourth goal. The defeat meant that Arsenal couldn’t catch their London rivals in the league table. Fourth place will see the Gunners have to play in the qualifying stages of the Champions League next season.

Arsenal visit the champions without defender Gael Clichy, who has a back injury. The Gunners will also be without William Gallas, who has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee ligament problem.
