The Canaries lost 2-1 at home to Arsenal last weekend. They took the lead when some slack defending from Per Mertesacker allowed Steve Morison to put them ahead. However Robin Van Persie was again at the heart of Arsenal’s fight back, netting once in each half to win 2-1.

Despite the loss, Norwich are still in a decent league position. The Canaries are sitting in 11^th with thirteen points and are just two points behind Queens Park Rangers in the Premier League.

QPR produced a fine performance to beat Stoke City away last weekend. Icelandic striker Heidar Helguson netted twice, each on other side of a goal for Luke Young as the Hoops got the better of the Potters despite falling behind to Jonathan Walters’ goal.

It is a clash between two newly promoted sides as Norwich City take on Queens Park Rangers this weekend.
