The loss to Fulham was a heavy one for QPR. The Cottagers are not usually renowned for scoring goals but they netted three times in each half to dismantle their London neighbours. It was a painful result for QPR fans who had seen their club perform quite well over the last month.

Blackburn used the international break to make a trip eastwards to India, where the club’s owners are located. They beat local side Pune FC 3-0 without breaking much sweat. Prior to the break, Rovers were beaten 4-0 by Man City.

QPR are 11^th in the league going into this weekend’s round of fixtures while Rovers are second from bottom. However a win for the Lancashire outfit will take them within a point of the Hoops.
