Swansea have been impressive at home this season and claimed the scalp of Arsenal a few days ago. At the Liberty Stadium, the Swans’ free-flowing game, coupled with the backing of a ferocious home crowd, has seen many Premier League teams falter. Chelsea will be hoping not to fall prey to it.

Both sides didn’t have the best of weekends in Round 22. Swansea were beaten 2-0 by Sunderland, with two beautiful individual strikes from Stephane Sessegnon and Craig Gardner proving to be their undoing. Chelsea were held to a 0-0 draw by Norwich City. Fernando Torres again left his scoring boots at home as he missed the best chance of the game.

Andre Villas-Boas’ men have been erratic away from in the league, winning only five out of a possible eleven. They also have issues finding the back of the net- only Stoke and Fulham have scored fewer goals away from home.

Chelsea will hope to end Swansea’s excellent run at home in the league when they visit Brendan Rodgers’ side this weekend.
