Avraam Grant’s West Ham side will probably consist of defenders Matthew Upson and Danny Gabbidon and may be accompanied by Ilunga and Lars Jacobsen in a hope of giving the Wolves strikers a difficult time. Scott Parker is almost a certainty to occupy a part of the midfield and may play alongside Mark Noble. With a couple of goals to his name this season, Scott Parker may prove to be essential in West Ham’s hopes of picking up the three points. West Ham will be hopeful of picking up the win and build some momentum before hosting Newcastle United.

Mick McCarthy’s starting eleven will feature defenders Jody Craddock, Berra and Stephen Ward providing all are deemed match fit. Midfielder Henry will miss the game due to him picking up a red card in his last game against Wigan Athletic. Midfielder Matthew Jarvis may play on the midfield alongside David Jones. Wolves, who will need the three points to get their 2010/2011 season on track, will be hoping to build some momentum before their next game which is against Chelsea. The Wolverhampton Wanderers will start of their brand new Premier League season on August 15th as they take on West Ham Utd. Both teams are not seen as top teams in the league this year but will be striving for a relatively high finish. The Wolves would be ecstatic to come away with a win over West Ham while West Ham will be hoping to prove they can compete with the best this year. You can watch Wolves vs West Ham live on OleOleFootball and see which team can start the right way.

Premier League Live

The Wolves have made their way to the Premier League and will really be hoping to make a splash and stay in the league for a few extra years. They tried to make a big splash this off season by brining in Kevin Doyle. Doyle should help the team compete at this top level and so should Andrew Surham and Ronald Zubar. There are still romors swirling that suggest Mike McCarthy will do more to try and help his team compete. Either way it will be an exciting year for Wolves fans.

West Ham is a team that is built around tradition but have struggled recently to compete because they keep losing a lot of their talented players. A number of great players have played for West Ham but then left for more money. They are hoping that the additions they made this year will make up for some of the losses over the years. Herita Ilunga will be expected to step up his game against the Wolves and help West Ham get their 2009-10 Premier League season off to a good start.
