As of this past weekend, Rangers sit proudly at the top of the SPL thanks to their easy 3-0 home win over Kilmarnock and Celtic’s reversal at high flying Dundee United. For their part, Aberdeen go into the game at the weekend on the back of a 1-1 away draw at Motherwell and currently sit sixth in the league with fifteen points.
