Milan hold a three point advantage over second placed Lazio going into Round 15. The Rossoneri drew 1-1 with Sampdoria last weekend. The visitors went ahead when Brazilian forward Robinho played a nice one two with Zlatan Ibrahimovic before slamming in an exquisite volley. Sampdoria responded before the hour mark when Giampaolo Pazzini scored from close range.

Fortunately for Milan, second placed Lazio also drew their weekend fixture against Catania, meaning that the Rossoneri’s lead at the top of Serie A stayed as it was. And Massimiliano Allegri’s men will start firm favourites against Brescia, a team that last beat them in 2003.

Brescia drew 0-0 with Genoa last weekend and were jeered off the pitch by their own supporters at the end of the game. The Biancoazzurri started off their season well with three wins in four games but it has all gone downhill for them since then. Last month wasn’t too bad however s they managed to pick up points against both Inter and Juventus despite not managing a single win.

Neither Brescia nor Milan have any fit players suspended for this clash. Both teams do have a few players away from a one match league ban- notably Massimo Ambrosini and Zlatan Ibrahimovic for Milan, and Gilberto Martinez and Jonathan Zebina for Brescia.
