Milan sealed their first Scudetto since 2004 by drawing 0-0 with AS Roma last weekend. The result confirmed Milan’s league triumph with two games to play thanks to the former’s superior head to head record against second placed Inter.

Swede Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored the only goal of the game for Milan, who also had Mark van Bommel sent off.

Cagliari’s last game was against Sampdoria, and the match was evenly balanced until the dismissal of Samp’s Marius Stankevicius. Cagliari made their one man advantage count when Daniele Conti scored the opener in the 85^th minute.
