Inter hammered Genoa 5-2 last weekend. It was a sublime second half performance from the Nerazzurri, who recovered from a goal down at the half way mark to thrash their opponents 5-2 at the final whistle.

Striker Giampaolo Pazzini started the comeback with his equaliser in the 50^th minute. His partner in crime, Samuel Eto’o, then took advantage of consecutive defensive errors from Eduardo and Giandomenico Mesto to put Inter 3-1 ahead. The Cameroon skipper then combined with Wesley Sneijder to set up Goran Pandev for Inter’s fourth and the rout was complete when Yuto Nagamoto scored his first ever Inter goal in the 84^th minute of the game.

Brescia drew for the third straight game running as they played out a goalless stalemate with Napoli last week. Brescia keeper Michele Arcari was the hero for the visitors, stopping wave after wave of Napoli attacks to keep his side in the game. Andrea Caracciolo could have snatched a stunning win for Brescia late in the game, but unfortunately for the visitors, Napoli stopper Morgan de Sanctis was up to the task.

Caracciolo was on the scoresheet when Inter and Brescia last met in Serie A. His fourteenth minute opener put Brescia ahead, but Samuel Eto’o prevented an upset from taking place when he equalised from the spot seventeen minutes from time.
