Italian league leaders AC Milan will hope to bounce back from their narrow pre- Christmas loss to Roma when they visit Cagliari on Thursday afternoon. See Cagliari vs AC Milan live at Ole Ole Football, leaders in providing streams to Serie A games.
Milan suffered a rare recent defeat when they lost 1-0 at the San Siro to Roma three weeks ago. The scorer of the winner that evening for Roma was Marco Borriello, a former Milan player himself.
Despite the loss, the Rossoneri have a three points lead at the top of the table over their nearest rivals, Napoli and Lazio. Swedish superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Milan’s top scorer this season, is suspended for the visit to Stadio Sant'Elia on Thursday. On a positive note however, the fixture against Cagliari could see the return of Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato from injury and a possible league debut for new signing Antonio Cassano.
Cagliari suffered their third straight away defeat when they lost 1-0 to strugglers Cesena prior to the winter break. Luis Jimenez sidefooted in what was to be the winner early in the first half. Cagliari had an off day that evening and did not manage to register a single shot on the Cesena goal.
Cagliari are currently coached by Roberto Donadoni, who was an integral part of Milan’s squad in the late 80’s and early 90’s. The Rossoblu have won their last two home games against Lecce and Catania at Stadio Sant'Elia and will be hopeful of making it three in a row against Milan.

Cagliari’s winless run was extended to seven league games as they drew 1-1 with Sampdoria last weekend. Stefano Guberti’s early second half opener for Samp was cancelled out by Cagliari’s Nene on 81 minutes. However the Brazilian received his marching orders in the dying minutes of the game and will therefore be unavailable for the Milan fixture. The Rossoblu have now drawn two and lost five since their 2-0 win over Parma in February.
Milan failed to take advantage of city rivals Inter’s slip up as they split points with Lazio last Sunday. Midfielder Mathieu Flamini earned a penalty after being brought down by Aleksandar Kolarov. Striker Marco Borriello converted the resultant spot kick to put the Rossoneri 1-0 ahead. However some poor defending from the home side allowed Stephan Liechsteiner to claim an equaliser for Lazio fourteen minutes later.
Ronaldinho will return from suspension for Milan. Will the Brazilian wizard guide his team to victory over Cagliari? See Cagliari vs Milan live to find out.
