After being demolished by city rivals Inter in the Milan derby a fortnight ago, AC Milan will hope for a quick return to winning ways when they take on newly promoted Livorno this weekend. Livorno started their season well with a draw against Cagliari, but were beaten by Champions League aspirants Napoli in their next game. Goals from Fabio Quaglirella and Marek Hamsik put Napoli 2-0 ahead at half time. Veteran forward Cristiano Lucarelli pulled one back for Livorno after the break, but Quaglirella struck his second seven minutes from time to condemn Livorno to their first defeat of the season.
