Defeat here could catapult them into the relegation zone and they will need to improve their form as they look to stun the Seria A league leaders. Siena were thumped 2-0 at Palermo last weekend and while they do posses home advantage, it would take a brave man to bet Inter to lose out at Siena over the weekend round of matches in the Italian Seria A.
